π ABSTRACT π
The presentation will discuss vulnerability in a particular context which is a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and explosive (CBRNe) event and showcase how civil society (including vulnerable groups) is involved into CBRNe preparedness research in the H2020 project PROACTIVE_EU.
π‘ BIOGRAPHY π‘
π Grigore Havarneanu (PhD) is a Traffic and Transport Psychologist with international experience as researcher, project manager and lecturer.
π He is currently Senior Research Advisor at the International Union of Railways in Paris, where he is involved in European research projects and leads EU-funded project proposals.
π He coordinates the PROACTIVE_EU project and conducts applied psychology and human factors research to improve the safety, security and resilience of land transport.
