💡 An interesting Ph.D scholarship for the  course "CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES" was issued in Università degli Studi di Salerno (here attached).

🏆 The winner will have a scholarship entitled: From geophysical parameters to soils characterization in contaminated and degraded areas subject to restoration processes using NBS (Nature Base Solutions) methodologies.

📅 Last December 6, Dr. Lijo John (HUMLOG Institute - Hanken School of Economics) took the floor on "Supply chain cascades in light of new CER Directive", representing at the same time CORE EU-funded Project.

💡 It was the occasion to address the topic of supply chain and cascading effects through the COVID-19 pandemic and the launch of the new CER Directive prisma (presented few minutes earlier by Heike Buss (European Commission - DG HOME)), and to present the work conducted in CORE EU-funded Project.

🇪🇺 #CERIS event: Disaster Resilient Societies (DRS) - State-of-play, by the European Commission (Philippe Quevauviller, Nicolas Bessot) 🇪🇺

On Day 2 - Societal resilience, under the Panel "Societal Resilience – Risk scenarios and management", Andrew Staniforth (Saher Europe) presented "An analysis framework for disaster scenarios", collectively built in the frame of CORE EU-funded Project.

It was the occasion to present the Disaster Scenario Analysis Framework Model to the DRS community including other related EU projects and EU policymakers.
